It's a great complex, but make sure you have the right address when moving in otherwise they will charge you for utilities on top of your electric provider no credit or work around on making it right.
Love the security guards who actually walk around the complex during the night.
Presidio is huuuuuggggeeee. Great location in Ahwatukee Foothills though!
Be nice to Diana...she's the only one who knows what she's doing.
