Absolutely amazing fresh chips (i.e. fries). Try several sauces and eat your meal with a beer at one of the surrounding bars (preferably Chez Bernard).
First off, service here is quite good. We're talking about one of the most traditional of Brussels restaurants. Old school, very good food. 3course lunch special is a steal at under 20 euros. Enjoy!

I've been here twice. Fun place on the Grand Place. One word: moules. Mussels with white wine and creme. For dessert, Belgian waffle with ice cream.
Very quiet and warm athospheer. They gain this year a second star. Superb food for expensive price. One of their "mignardise" is the best of the world.

This bar is THE Eldorado : thousands of beers from Belgium and all over the world. But be careful, it's a VERY busy place; tourists (and a few locals) invade it day and night.

Excellent resto for uncommon dishes like veal brain, liver, kidneys and tripe/intestines. The veal brain sauce tartare is delicious.

Excellent food, pathetic service. Gaudron has the most useless, rude, miserable, arrogant and unorganized waiters! Do yourselves a favour and look for other places for brunch in Brussels.

Aside from being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this central square is best seen at night, when it’s illuminated. Aside from the Town Hall, this place also has buildings that are over 300 years old!
