A view of the mountains! from window seats, or the patio. Free wi-fi, outlets inside. 90 mins free parking. often busy, noisy, but can usually find a seat.

In the morning shun the tiny, packed lot and avoid the aggro folks racing in and out. Park on Lake, north of California. There is plenty of parking AND you don't need to feed the meter until 9 a.m.

They serve Peet's at The StillRoom. Corner of Glenarm & Marengo. Check them out! Great food, fabulous cocktails, and currently running specials on Foursquare!

Pastries are delish, if you can catch 'em before the morning rush takes 'em all. Favorite tea Jasmine Downey Pearls and favorite coffee is Arabian Mocha Sunani. <3

Parking is tough there, you might want to try the lot kitty corner from Peets, behind the shops on Lake St.
