Jennie McFarling9月 18, 2011Dont stay here if you want a quiet room. Husband and I here on vaca and they gave us a room w/ 2.double beds. Effed up reservations. They had us coming in the day before we got here & leaving early

- On the 25th floor no noise nice view. Hotel location is awesome for cable car, BART, shopping + dining.
Free wifi in lobbies on 1st & 2nd floors. Also, good exercise room on 3rd floor.

W G7月 8, 2013If you want to sleep in, make sure you have your "do not disturb" sign outside your door. Housekeeping comes by as early as 8:30am.

- "Go West, Young Man!" does not apply to this location, especially after dark, unless you're prepared to run. It'll be an adventure though.
Good: Location, BART accessibility, clean, nice-smelling toiletries, comfy couches.

Don't plan on unpacking too much clothing. Closet and drawer space is exceedingly limited. Must not be used to people staying longer than 2 days...
The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.
Best view in the city!!! I think I'm going to consider becoming a resident here.
