"Go West, Young Man!" does not apply to this location, especially after dark, unless you're prepared to run. It'll be an adventure though.

Don't call people from the bathroom

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED INTERNET. The Internet is so slow Jesus laughed, waited 2,000 years, came back to Earth, threw an apocalypse and google still hasn't loaded.
Yuri Victor
The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.

Nice hotel but there's no fridge in the room unless you pay $15. Meanwhile, there's a fridge for the mini bar, stuffed with seriously overpriced snacks & drinks. Also no free wifi. Come on Hilton!
Carly Franklin
Get a room with a balcony and city view...view is outstanding! Can see Coit Tower to AT & T Park.
Stacy Dubuc

Free water, all you can drink... just turn on the tap in your bathroom. This is a hotel, not a resort. If you want good prices and friendly service, go outside and find them. You're in San Francisco!
Alex Martin
Go to the 16th floor deck and hang out at the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, excellent for an afternoon of relaxation.
