Great sushi, but if you want to eat their non-sushi Japanese dishes you can't eat at the sushi bar. So, if you're going in a group, keep that in mind.
Good food. Very busy at lunch. If you are alone they will try to seat you at the bar. Resist! Bar service is abysmal and inattentive since bartender also waits a table section.
Soup dumplings (their claim to fame), shumai, fried rice (porkchop or otherwise) is the way to go. Some other dishes are only so-so.
Best known for sausage, Shultzy's has 3 different types of veggie burgers (VegiMax, Boca, or Black Bean) with different toppings. The spicy Chimichurri VegiMax goes great with a pilsner or Kostritzer.
Brunch is awesome. Order the Fried Chicken and Waffle.For dinner, order a side of cornbread. It comes with a delicious jalapeno chutney.

You can get your own tatami room if you want to eat sushi in relatively authentic privacy, though there is fancier sushi to be had other places. The real draw, though, is the karaoke bar.
