Great place - no TVs, not so hip that it's overrun with hipsters. Bartender Chris was great. Small but delicious and unusual beer & food menu. The turducken was outstanding.

Everything we had - gumbo, fried chicken, jambalaya - was delicious! The decor inside is awesome. I felt like I was in Bon Temps, LA minus the vampires.
It's hard not to love this place. Aside from the amazing mofongo and the "Fatty Sandwich", consider having yourself one of the best sangria's Astoria has to offer.

Best brunch in the neighborhood! Plus you can't beat their burgers and a nice pint of black and tan.
Stumbled upon it on accident and had some great quiche. French onion soup is excellent as well. You might have to wait a while for your food but it's worth it.

Weekend Brunch is probably the best bang for your buck you'll find. Three course meal and three drinks. Try the french toast at least once, you won't regret it. Awesome staff, too!
You'd be crazy not to get the smoked pork belly. It blows the burnt ends out of the water. While you're here be sure to try one of their organic sodas and stick around for the free apple pie. Awesome.
