One of the best views in Paris is from the steps in front of Sacre-Coeur. Montmartre can be very busy at times. We recommend going during the weekdays for a less hectic experience.

Didn't look for any celebrities -- just walked along, enjoying the peace and quiet, admiring the interesting grave marks and monuments and reading the sometimes-moving tombstones. Nice experience.
Take a stroll through this beautiful park and muster up a little extra effort to walk to the Temple of Sybil on the top of the hill: the view from there will be worth it.
