min: The prices are reasonable (under 15💶), there is a large wine selection, the food is rich, savory, delicious. The menu changes daily depending on what’s fresh, cheese plate is recommend as a constant.
min: Famous for serving traditional Dutch cuisine. Small place filled with portraits of people’s mothers (feel free to add to their collection!) with outdoor seating in the summer.
min: Here you can find a mouthwatering selection of home-brewed beer, heavy goulash, thick potato dumplings, duck, and perfectly cooked pork. Portions are huge. Prices are 120-200 CZK for a meal.

min: You get a lot of food for your money and it’s a great place for groups. You can order the sampler platter (about 10 dishes) for 20 euros per person. Especially the rice cakes as an appetizer.
min: Burgers, pasta, sandwiches, and salads. They offer excellent coffee and pastries, and you’ll find lots of people reading and writing in their comfy chairs and at tables.
min: More of a wine bar, they make the list because they do serve a yummy cheese and meat plate, too! The small, intimate setting with walls covered in wine bottles offers a quite respite from the noise.
min: This restaurant serves buffet-style tapas. Most dishes are only a few euros and the selection is extraordinary. Sit out side, drink a glass of wine, and eat at one of the best spots in the city.
min: This spot serves traditional Dutch pancakes: large thin, crêpelike pancakes with tons of tasty toppings (strawberries and whipped cream!). Try to avoid peak times. Most pancakes are around 8 euros.
min: Serving typical café food (soups, salads, sandwiches), this place with an incredible view of the city. It has an awesome outdoor area, serves beer, and has Wi-Fi in case you want to work!
min: Offers country-style food (especially meats and cheeses). The prix-fixe menu offers the value at 30 euros for dinner with an appetizer and main dish. Try their lamb and duck — they are famous for it!

min: This is a Parisian brasserie and coffee shop with outdoor seating for lunch and drinks. It gets busy on warm, sunny days when all the nearby office workers take over the patio for lunch.
min: Delicious food for great value in the famous Plaza Real. It’s a bit touristy, but even the locals come here for the value. Typical Spanish menu. Avoid the long lines at dinner and go for lunch.
min: Just inside the food market, this little stall is always packed and serves some of the most famous tapas dishes in the area. Try the chickpea salad.
min: The world’s best kebabs and durums. Loving the parsley and lemon juice they use with their salad. The line can stretch around the block and you can wait for up to an hour, but it’s worth it.
min: A more high-end restaurant that serves rustic, country dishes common to the region. Very traditional,authentic, delicious, but not easy on the wallet. That chicken was heaven.
min: Once a large theater, this beer hall/restaurant serves local cuisine at cheap prices and is a popular establishment with university students. Long tables, great for groups.

min: The oldest German beer hall in Bucharest, serving hearty German and Romanian food. Very meat heavy, strong beer, and cheap prices. They also have free Wi-Fi.
min: The central market in the city has a lot of traditional places to eat. It’s touristy, but still found the food tasty. The shops on the second floor, right side, closest to the front.
min: A tiny place run by a sweet lady. Set menu: four courses with four glasses of wine. OK food, but the tons of wine, good ambience, and host make it a place worth visiting.

min: A German beer hall serving traditional and hearty meals. Seating at long tables with other parties. Since it’s so out of the way, most people are curious to know how you found it.
min: They serve five dishes: chicken, beef, lamb, veal, and pork with potatoes and a few appetizers. It’s small restaurant with an intimate setting, candles, fresh bread, and lots of wine choices.
min: Very traditional Tuscan food, famous (and rightly so) for their antipasto. Endless rounds of food, good-sized portions, and excellent wine. Expensive.
