The Burgundy snails Moroccan style is delicious. They are drowned in butter with garlic & herbs and served over slices of grilled potato, and topped with slivers of preserved lemon and parsley.

Order the meatballs it's a classic combo of pork & veal blended with a panade, or milk soaked bread. A panade helps meat retain its moisture while cooking and is commonly used when making meatloaf.
