Still the best mall in the Des Moines area. You suburbanites can keep your cess pool way out west.
I was appalled to learn Merle Hay is host to what basically amounts to a roadside zoo. I'll be boycotting along with thousands of others until Merle Hay stops allowing this cruelty to animals.

Once around the inside of the mall is about a mile for walking. Signs are posted.
There is a $2 service charge when purchasing any MHM Gift Cards... Lame!
