My new favorite place in park slope. They have a grilled cheese with brisket. You can opt to have it grilled in duck fat. Yes you read right. And the cheese is from their own farm.

The Melter Skelter is awesome. Grilled cheese sandwich made with 3 Month Raclette Style Cheese, Pickled Green Tomatoes; Jalapeños, BBQ Chips & Watercress.

Delicious! Good vegetarian options and a great beer selection. The pretzel croissants are amazing. I hear they're going to have cheese flights soon!

There's a grilled cheese with brisket and mac n cheese. Great winter sandwich and actually doesn't make you feel as fat as it could.

The Valley Thunder (with cheddar, brisket and mac & cheese) is a must have. Have it cooked in duck fat.

The grilled cheese with brisket is deadly. Could eat it everyday. $12 special for a sandwich and a draft beer. Can't beat that.

Amazing artisanal Grilled Cheeses Sandwiches. Particularly the Valley Thunder. Grill it in duck fat!

If you order a cappuccino, they'll ask whether you want one or two shots of espresso. It will take at least six shots to bring any sort of coffee flavor to the giant bowl of milk they serve.
