deestiv3月 18, 2013Great hotel in an ideal location in the Quarter. Rooms are clean and comfortable, elevators are a bit rickety but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet in Bistreaux is top notch, too.

Experience New Orleans11月 22, 2013Make sure you stop in The Bistro for a meal. The menu changes, but the truffle fries are a constant...and are amazing.

The online reservation system is shotty they booked us a table on a day when the restaurant wasn't even open. We also booked three rooms and had issues getting them all next to each other on check in.

Be aware: They charge your credit card $50 per night you are staying as soon as you check in! (they'll refund what you don't use)

Daniel7月 10, 2010Also they Require a card and charge anyone who needs a key the full rate even if the room is already reserved and paid for on another card.
- The sign says "Thank you for not smoking in the pool area," but they put out ashtrays. :-/
