Beautiful lobby and a nice place to stay within walking distance to the convention center and the French Quarter. The staff was amazing and very helpful!

beautiful building and views. the customer service really isn't the best but I'd recommend. the rates aren't too bad either. I'd suggest trying the Swiss cheese burger during a stay.

Wonderful view, great hotel. Food at the restaurant is wonderful. However, breakfast service is terrible! Every single day was a struggle to be attended. And, in the last day, food never showed up.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and enjoyed my time. Unfortunately I left my phone charger plugged in at the bar bench, and by the time I came back it was gone.

Perfect hotel in the best location. Walking distance to the Quarter but far enough away to not deal with the noise and party goers

Hotel staff is great. Very friendly and if it is your birthday they will upgrade your room.

Hotel is dated. Parking is redonk at $39/nite for valet-only. Internet isn't free. Keurig coffeemaker + across the st from Harrah's are both nice.

Be aware that in Internet is slow- very slow. They need to look into other options because the speed does not meet my expectations. The fitness room is great though!!
