This is my Ultimate favorite Boba place! And the ONLY Boba place I go to. I've tried others and this place is the greatest! It's real tea and not too sweet! Best bobas, soft, warm, sweet, & chewy. The owners are super nice & often there. They always have the ingredients they advertise for the shaved ice unlike other places I go to they always run out.
