Zayed Khan1月 24, 2015Tuna tartare is terrific. Very fresh, and handsomely plated. Octopus looks a bit messy, but is perfectly cooked (not chewy or spongy, as is often the case). Works well with the potato puree.

The appetizers are often changing but always good. Very small, but worth trying one of two.
