Jernej: Line outside is usually for people waiting for elevator. You can pass by and use the stairs, it’s not that high. On top you have a nice outdoor observation deck.

Jernej: Very nice at night, lights turn on at 18:30.

Jernej: Longest shopping street in Japan. Lots of restaurants on roads around.

Jernej: Make sure to buy three day metro pass for tourists before you leave. It's only sold on airports!

Jernej: American breakfast is cheap and very good.

Jernej: Good Mexican food and friendly staff. Nice outdoor part of the restaurant.

Jernej: Good and reasonably priced food and beverages.

Jernej: Not so crowded and after government building probably best view you can get in Osaka.

Jernej: Everything I ordered was good and so cheap for Japanese standard. You even get free beer if you order certain dishes.

Jernej: You can get some nice day and night shots of Umeda from this rooftop plaza. Use the stairs on the end to go on top.

Jernej: A bit expensive but delicious Chinese food.

Jernej: 16th floor has a free observation deck. Ok if you don’t want to pay for the top floor.

Jernej: Saw the amazing works of Hokusai, usually offers other great names of Japanese art.

Jernej: Worth waiting in long line, food and atmosphere is really good. Anyone can find something that he will like.
