Never use the Express Lane if you're an Aus/NZ passport holder... The Smart Gate is much faster.
There is a book shop, loos and power plugs at gates 15 and 16 but it is a long walk to them

Anne Lim9月 18, 2012This is the worst international airport. They don't provide free wifi, and don't tell you when the departure gate until last minute.
Still no free internet...... Just stand close to the business class launch to get onto theirs...
Parking is a ripoff at $9 an hour. If picking someone up from arrivals, wait at McDonalds, where the arrivals info is on a screen. Save your money!
Bored? Sit back in one of those 1Above pods and hum until you hit their harmonic frequency...
