Richard, bell captain, is awesome. Always willing to assist and has a fantastic attitude.
From the valets who greet you to the front desk and concierge staff to David & Heather in catering, this hotel stands out with the best staff in the city. Just did 180 person event here. FANTASTIC.

Don't complain when you get a room at a discount price and they put you in the cheapskate room..our room and time there was awesome

Make sure you use your room safe. Got back to my room and found a stranger going through my things. Stole cash and shot through when confronted. Very scary.
- Ask the concierge to put you on the HOB Foundation Room guest list. Great atmosphere.

GOM _8月 4, 2013CAREFUL! Security guy called "Danny" in the bar is very rude with customers. Terrible ways to treat hotel guests. The hotel does not take responsibility cause they say it is an external company.
