Song Li4月 2, 2015I love the staff at Mac 24/7and you can get wine glasses there and take to your room. The room is not bad, but no privacy at the balcony. :p
- Ben4月 18, 2019This is a great Hilton. Rooms are modern and clean. Views are excellent (just make sure you're above floor 15 for best position). Happy hour at the bar is generous and worth checking out from 5-7.
In the morning the valet guys get really busy, best to call down ahead by a few minutes and that cuts down your wait time! Aseem Kishore4月 5, 201424/7 food was not that great. 5/10. Ate the chicken wings and garlic shrimp. Hotel is nice and cleaning people have been good. Valet guys are also accommodating and helpful. A block from the beach.
It's a decent enough hotel, but doesn't really deliver to standard for something branded a Hilton. More like a high capacity Double Tree quality wise. That said the staff are outstanding.

Mac 24/7 now has a prime rib buffet Friday and Saturday 5pm to 9pm.

Melody B12月 20, 2011Executive lounge breakfast includes scrambled eggs with onion, peppers, cheese and bacon, yum!- The short stack in Mac 24/7 is so big and takes more like cake than pancakes. Also super overpriced.
- You have to pay for wired internet in the rooms. Instead, go downstairs to the lobby for free wifi. Just ask someone at the desk for your access code.
For a stress free vacation be sure to utilize the concierge service. Very helpful!

David Tilleman2月 1, 2014The service folk are very friendly. Weird rules though - no free drinks at executive lounge, no call down for valet. Also food is terrible. Definitely eat elsewhere.
You have to pay for internet in rooms, but it is free in the lobby..
There's a bus stop for Hilo Hattie's Free shuttle right outside on Kuhio Ave.
