Gold Membership makes car rentals quick and painless. Also, Ray gives fantastic customer service.

Be warned: if you rent from here it's not an on-site drop off / pickup, it's actually a couple miles away from the airport.

We had a problem with a rental. The service center kept giving us conflicting information. We did not get reimbursed for our taxi ride back to the airport.

Be a gold member so you don't have to wait, there's always a line! But they're very friendly!

Awful Hertz location, doesn't have cars or your name on the Gold board half the time. Also won't let you use the general line if you are a gold member, even if no one is in it and gold has 10 people.

Gold membership has its privileges! Just get in and go!

Go to enterprise. One week, on my third vehicle because of problems with the car.

Apparently you cant return between 1am and 4am. "They are closed" they say.. foolery I say

Probably the worst Hertz for arriving passengers in the country. Be prepared to see every other shuttle at least 4 times before you get picked up

Shuttle needs to be more frequent

Worst Hertz in the country by far! Over ten minute wait times for shuttles! I hate this place!!!!

Not the best Hertz location. Service is pretty sloppy.
