Easy to be skeptical of this place, as it checks off every box on the hipster locavore checklist (tattooed chef holding carrots, cocktail pairing, "provisions" in the name) but it is really excellent!

BEST meal I had in Seattle. Sit at the kitchen bar so you can watch the magic happen. Beet salad was fantastic and the wagyu steal was insane. A perfect evening.

The Original Provision - wagyu beef jerky is a good start with a glass of wine. Recommend the pairing with each of the selections. Yellowtail pairing was perfect.

Wagyu jerky (!), oysters, good wines and seafood-centric entrees in a refined environment. They do have a tasting menu, btw.

Ordered beet salad, oyster and pork belly. Food is well done with warm service. Good for a date night.

The HH food are great!! One of our favorites in town! The Poutine however is not really poutine though...just some pork diced over 🍟. No cheese no gravy : (

Don't skip the Kobucha squash dish + pairing. Everything is killer, but that one really knocks it out of the park.

Everything was delicious! The Original Provision is a must - absolutely the best beef jerky.

Tasty fusion food - healthy seafood, veggies, etc. I liked the cocktail pairings as well.
