Bring two or more friends at noon on a Sunday. Take a number, wait for a table, gorge yourself on dim sum, and pay no more than $10/person.
The dim sum isn't nearly as greasy as other places (cough China, cough Pearl). Dim sum items are cooked to order so nothing has been sitting on a cart waiting to be pushed around.
Good dimsum lunch but dinner, not so much. Szechuan chicken (specials) was cold (precook) steam chicken w bottle sauce pour over it, served in 5 min after order. No hot steam, no thanks

The sliced pork belly with fresh garlic is spicy pork fat heaven in a bowl. We sometimes just eat from the Sichuan appetizer menu. Don't say I didn't warn you when you crave it weekly.
WOW- welcome to the neighborhood Doowee & Rice! The flavor blend is so innovative & incredibly delicious. Try the Chimmichuri Chicken or the Bao Baos- you can't go wrong! So. Good.
Stay with the Szechwan dishes! My faves there: Bang Bang Chicken, pea shoots, steamed fish, Szechwan-style!

This hot spot combines Chinese cooking w/ New England ingredients thanks to Chinese-American chef Phillip Tang. What 2 order:braised lamb cannelloni w/ chili garlic sauce, Honeycrisp apple & mizuna.
Ask for the crispy tofu from the vegetarian menu; small cubes of tofu are quick-fried and served with lemon, cilantro, and a generous helping of sriracha aioli. Eat!
I find this to be the best hot pot restaurant in all of Massachusetts. I've tried quite a few places, not too many but this place is a personal favorite. Appetizers and bubble teas are delightful!
Get the seafood and beef soft tofu soup for maximum umami thanks to mussels, manilla clams, head-on shrimp, and scrappy bits of tender beef.
It's by far the BEST THAI RESTAURANT in Boston. I dare you to try out their authentic PAD THAI. The restaurant has all the AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD you'd like. This ain't no "Panda Express" of Thai food
Authentic Japanese in South End! My favorite is Sunazuri, its so tender and juicy. Kama meshi is delicious too, just be aware that it takes ~20mins to be prepared. Try Zai kushi if its ur first time!
For hot pot: our critic recommends the black-bone chicken broth, broccoli, udon noodles and mushrooms or green-tea shrimp, chili beef stew...or even just sautéed shiitake mushrooms and greens
