- John Chinello9月 12, 2012All of the staff here that I interacted with have been fantastic. The concierge lounge is friendly and well stocked. This is an older building but the customer service certainly makes up for it!
Scott Klein9月 23, 2021Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean Good bar. Close to theater and many restaurants, a brewery and coffee shops.

Montinique Wilson8月 23, 2014The restaurant had the worst service. I stood at the host stand for 10 mins without being greeted. I got 0 refills and had to go to the bar myself. The waitress only took my order and gave me the bill
Beds were uncomfortable, and every time I took a shower there was a 1 in deep lake covering half the bathroom that i had to mop up with a towel! My boyfriend and I will never forget "lake Marriott."
Make a reservation if a downtown location is important. Not much to choose from.
