- Fodor's Travel9月 9, 2015Try the slow-smoked St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, or Texas-style beef hot links---everything is made in small batches, which means that meats run out on a daily basis, so have a backup in mind. 続きを見る
- Sabrina6月 18, 2015Had the 1/2 lb pulled pork special w/ 2 sides for $12. The meat was tasty and served w/o sauce so you can add on your own. Mac & cheese is pretty good and collard greens were ok. Super nice staff!
- Jonathan James6月 8, 2015They might not have all the food that you want, but what they do have have here is definitely delicious. So, if you live in Brooklyn or just visiting I recommend you try this place!
- Time Out New York5月 30, 2013While the J&R smoker was trucked in from Texas, the duo have kept their low-key chophouse Brooklynized with their protein locally sourced and the pits fueled with upstate sugar maple and red oak. 続きを見る
- Eric Weiss9月 10, 2015Matt is brilliant. Best BBQ this side of New York Harbor. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant. The staff is polite and helpful and their happiness makes you hungry!
- Elizabeth Mitchell4月 6, 2013Amazing eats! Burnt ends, ribs, beans. Sauce is a little bit sweet with a fabulous kick in the pants follow through. Sausage has a fabulously smokey taste and slightly crispy skin.
- Chelsea7月 11, 2013New York Magazine Cheap Eats issue recommends the char siu pork ($7 for a quarter-pound), "marinated and glazed in a hoisin sauce blended with ginger, honey, and five-spice powder."
- Celeste G1月 13, 2013Burnt Ends were like butter, if delicious meat was butter. BBQ sauce is a great blend of tang and spice. Didn't love the Mac n cheese (needs a kick) but it cut through the heat of the sauce well.
- New York Post5月 24, 2013The ribs ($12 for a quarter rack) are expertly made, as is the char siu, but our favorite is the barbecued lamb ($7 per quarterpound), a rotating special inspired by Kentucky’s smoked mutton. 続きを見る
- Ciaran Christie8月 15, 2014Warm, welcoming, and always friendly staff. My fave BBQ in NYC. Char Siu is to die for, plus a rotating menu of yummy deliciousness. Highly recommended!
- Red & Brown10月 15, 2013Great mix of traditional and eclectic BBQ. The ribs are a must, as is the pulled pork. Get the pork char siu an anything made of cheeks if they've got 'em.
- Will Donovan4月 19, 2015The traditional stuff is all amazing, as well as the sauces, potato salad and chili. Skip the lamb ribs unless you're really a lamb person.
- Selen3月 3, 2019Brisket was really good, perfectly cooked, very juicy, nicely smoked. But didn’t really like the bread selection for the cheesesteak.
- Village Voice2月 7, 2014Village Voice is proud to welcome Fletcher's Brooklyn Barbecue to the 2014 Choice Eats food fest!
http://bit.ly/1cRzdNV. The Chili Mac...enough said. - Gets better every time I come here! Chopped pork and char siu are favs. Burnt ends are amazing as well.
- Andrew Tong6月 15, 2013Special pork head available with 24 hour notice to the chef. Pretty epic and unusual, totally worth it.
- Saif Dia7月 21, 2013The BBQ sauce is good. Which is great because in order to eat my meat, I needed to smother it with sauce.
- Jesse Bagels3月 14, 2015Great little spot making quality BBQ. Highlights were the burnt ends, ribs, chicken, and beans.
- Mike Ciliento6月 28, 2013Lunch deal is awesome: $10 for sandwich or 2 tacos plus drink & chips ($12 to upgrade to a beer)
- Kimberely Cheng12月 23, 2012Briskest with burnt ends so good and service was fantastic. Will definitely come back. Get the coleslaw.
- Jorge González Correa8月 6, 2016Los macarrones con carne de puerco es lo más rico que he comido... Tiene un 10 este lugar.
- Alton Roberson1月 15, 2013Got ribs and brisket and three sides. Ribs were so so and unevenly cooked. Brisket was the best we had that night but needed the sauce. Prices are crazy high.
- gypsy lucas1月 19, 2013Get the Brooklyn White sauce. Its good! Coriander pork with cilantro sauce is my favorite.
- Shawn Cheng12月 23, 2012Great service!!! Handles large groups easily and the staff actually wants you there vs. Fette Sau, etc.
- Anis H11月 3, 2012The pulled pork was good. Still can't wrap my head around why a tiny side of coleslaw/pickles/etc costs $5 when pork costs $4.75/.25 pound. Changes need to be made here
- Angela Hadl1月 30, 2013Burnt ends. Buffalo Sauce. Chicken. The best I've had so far above the Mason Dixon line.
- Legit! Try the char siu pork if in the mood for something less traditional. Very very good.
- Curtis Lanton7月 16, 2013Take your time with the menu- everything is ala carte & a bit confusing. Also a bit pricy for what you actually get.
- Nate Parrott8月 9, 2014The chili Mac and cheese is disgusting in a very positive way. Take that, sentiment analysis algorithms!
- Andrew Tripp10月 26, 2017Maybe a bad night but what I had was deeply meh. Brisket and ribs had almost no flavor at all, like they had painted on the rub. Pulled pork was better, but still not great.
- Allan Benamer3月 16, 2013This place is surprisingly family friendly. Read strollers and little kids on a Saturday evening.
- The ribs are moist and melt off the bone. They definitely need to adjust pricing
- Meghan Paul3月 31, 2013Must gets: Ribs. Burnt ends. Brisket chili mac & cheese. I mean... Wow. Just wow.
- Jo Rausen2月 24, 2014Considering they have a ton of ppl working here it is surprising service is so slow. Maybe that explains why the pork was so dry. Prefer Fort Reno Provisions for consistently better BBQ.
- Lenny Gallo5月 26, 2014Bent ends are good, but you can get the same or higher quality at other BBQ joints. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. A little pricy for what you get.
- Francisco Tezen3月 24, 2013No reason to go beyond the burnt ends, which are far and away the best menu option.
- Danny Zlobinsky11月 10, 2012Fairly solid food -- ribs were dry though. That said, pretty overpriced. A small meal for two at a BBQ joint shouldn't cost $50.
