Dylan is a "walking oyster encyclopedia" as stated by Tyler Florence. He knows oysters, drinks and will not steer you wrong. Great place!!

The coolest vibe, coolest music...Dylan rocks and the oysters are #dope!
- Get the drink special, tuna and sardines. Of the oysters are the best. I love this place!
Dylan himself is a cool guy, shucked and talked to us at the bar. Great atmosphere.
