The breads and pastries are phenomenal - we loved the Red Eye Gravy Danish and the selection of salads and vegetables reminded us of the bountiful spread found at Ottolenghi in London.
Chewy, fresh-baked laffa bread, crisp Haloumi piled over a smear of date jam, an exemplary raw kibbe, peppers stuffed with rice and walnuts & juicy housemade merguez sausage.

One of the best roast pork sandwiches in Philly and the best thing in Reading Terminal Market. Get it with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. The line may be long, but this sandwich is worth the wait.

The chicken and waffles are yummy. Put some syrup on the waffles then take a bite with chicken and the gravy. Super fantastic!

Best vegetarian restaurant in the city. Menu changes pretty frequently to keep things fresh and their cocktails are solid. "I don't always eat vegetarian, but when I do...I prefer V Street."
We love Chef/Owner Marcie Turney's take on Spanish Tapas, as well as the extensive beverage menu featuring great cocktails, many wines by the glass and an excellent selection of sherrys.
