Its courteous to stay to the end of practice which ends between 10am and 11am. So I would advise to arrive around 9:30.
Go with the omakase, and tell Yasuda-san you love uni. The hand rolls with his special nori are amazing, and the sake from his hometown is tasty and cheap.
Best quality sushi at an unbelievably affordable price! English menus are available but you won't need them - just pick from the freshest seafood available at the counter.

This was rec'd to me as Best Ramen in Tokyo & it didn't disappoint. You order with 2 variables -- spicyness (I went 2 of 4) and numbing (I went 3 of 4). Numbing is amazing (& I'd rec'd going 4 of 4)
