Aman C8月 9, 2014The shoyu ramen was quite good. A whole lot of bean sprouts, probably more than necessary. It isn't spicy at all so add some of the chili powder they have on the tables.

Got the Shoyu Ramen and they had Pork Belly as a special. Happiness in a bowl. So worth the (long, long) lines.
Love the spicy miso broth (originally not listed on the menu but recently made official). Also love the egg add-on!

Go during off times for no wait, always add in pork belly and sip the yummy broth!

Sit at the bar to watch the guys if you can. Fun to watch. EVERYTHING is good here. Eat it up!
