Can't go wrong with the mouthwatering Brat Burger topped with beer-braised sauerkraut, and emmentaler with a side of fries.
- Can't beat the delicious Disco Fries with cheddar cheese and sausage gravy.
Churchkey is the benchmark of brewpub in DC. Sitting above the restaurant Birch and Barley, Churchkey host as many of 55 new and unique beer per week. The number of barkeeps shows this is important.
If you aren't sure what kind of beer to get, just ask the bartenders. They are great at helping to find something you'll like, and will usually give you a splash before you commit to full pour

It contains the secret beers! They also smartly have a good menu with more than just traditional pub fare including tasty flatbreads and more.
- Knowledgeable staff if you're not sure how to navigate the massive beer menu. Really crowded on the weekend, come during the week if you want to have a conversation over a delicious beer.

Cole T6月 14, 2017Beer selection is INSANE! Dimly lit and relaxing vibe inside (upstairs from Birch and Barley). Food is good too. My favorite beer bar, period. Always a stop when in DC.
Everything here is the best. Always. But watch out for Friday and Saturday nights. It's standing room only and totally rough. Check out Drafting Table up the street if you're looking for more space.

Bitches Who Brunch12月 24, 2011Bitches say B! While Churchkey is our fave spot for beers, bar food, and even dessert, we’d suggest you opt for Birch & Barley over its upstairs neighbor for brunch.
With rare exceptions, the best beer list in the city. Also a great place for tots.
