Don't know what these people are talking about. While certainly not the most beautiful hotel in the Fairmont chain, it is certainly one of the most convenient & best priced. And the service is tops.

This place does not disappoint! I recommend the beef short ribs sopes, tortilla soup, duck taquitos and chicken enchiladas.
