Great place for tasty, fresh and well prepared Vietnamese (some creative license taken in authenticity). From the pho to the papaya or mango salad, and the rolls, all good.

Try the rice noodle rolls, they are amazing. Pho is alright for London standards. Also try the rice vermicelli with bbq pork, yum!

Vietnamese food brought to the realms of finer dining – and nothing short of sublime. Beautifully executed bowls of pho, plus small sharing dishes. Oh, and best cha gio pork spring rolls in Soho.

Beautiful broth. Try the Saigon satay pho and the four mushroom pho side by side to cover a huge spectrum of flavour.

Order the classic pho. Whilst it is no Pho Pasteur (Saigon) the depth of flavour is much better than the Pho Cafe chain. Does not come with the requisite bowl of herbs and sprouts though.

They have a great music playlist but you won't be able to appreciate it cause the place is extremely noisy most of the time. The food is good though, especially the pho.

Try the small Banh Cuon (5,50£) as a starter - good taste, fun experience and enough for two

Very early days at the new Cay Tre but great food-recommend mackerel summer rolls, squid is good, so is octopus and the beef papaya salad washed down with some hanoi beer or the excellent house white

Tried frogs legs for starter - v good. Soft crab curry - tastey but v hot spice - ox cheek pho - amazingly tender meat with liight lemongrass soup - v tastey if slightly large chunks of meat

Ridiculously long wait--far longer than promised. Saigon sate pho was good, loved the thick/creamy peanut sauce. Good cocktails too

Get the lunch menu: for £12 you’ll have a full bowl of pho and a starter. Pho is amazing

The prawn spring rolls were light , the grilled aubergine had a interesting taste.. the chicken spicy noodles were tasty and filling ... nothing stands out

Hanoi Garlicky beef pho is delicious and should be a staple in most people's lives.

Oxford cheek Pho is a must however...found a metal thing(looks like from the brush) in their noodle once...Cocktails aren't that great

Really great place for casual dining. Don't just stick to the noodles, other menu choices are pretty good too.

Their special Rice noodle rolls are not to be missed. Don't be shy and get the large portion.

Noisy but still good for a date. Recommend trying the mackerel on a banana leaf, amazing fish.

Decided to try here again in a week and I was a bit disappointed to find massive fish bones in my butter fish coconut curry.The service isn't as good as the one in Shoreditch.

Lovely lamb curry with aubergine and okra. Also the egg fried rice is really tasty.

Cha la lot starter was delicious, and pork bbq was nice, but soups and noodle dishes were plain.

Satisfying salmon summer rolls and try their unique take on sweet potato fries. The pho was not not phoney but the service was slow and got our order wrong twice.

Service has improved a lot - they currently have a guy called Rory f-o-h so is now pretty good and the food has always been excellent

The mushroom pho: Skinny and delicious! You will become an addict!
