Fish Estrella12月 16, 2017While the food is what most people would go for, with reason, I love going to Carousel for the service. Everyone there is so hospitable and inviting. Some of the best service I've had in LA.

This place is incredible + they let you bring your own wine or beer. FYI The liquor store down the block has a nice selection.
