CultureMap Austin7月 8, 2011If you're a carnivore, the Veggie Royale with Cheese is tasty enough to trick you into getting the vitamins you've been slacking on. If you're a vegetarian, we don't have to tell you this is heaven.
Breakfast items are always consistent. If the wait's long (which it often is), grab a coffee at the bar and ignore the tables.
The Mexican mocha is the best mocha in town, iced or hot it's delicious.
Best time to go is @ 7am when they open. Not many people here this early, has a hipster diner kind of feel to it.

Have the garden delight with the eggs over easy, spinach (as opposed to broccoli) and add a hash cake. Healthy AND satisfying. Tasty!
Bouldin makes ranks among the finest vegetarian restaurants I've been to. Highly recommended.

The long wait on a Sunday at noon is made worth it by the fantastic opportunity to people watch. Seriously, where do they find these outfits?
Great vegetarian food. You can substitute the excellent tofu scramble for eggs.
