Go the cafe on Sundays for the farmers market. Get a cappuccino in a to-go cup and wander the vendors. At lunch, head into cafe and order a chicken pesto sandwich.
They have a pretty good beer selection, although it is all in bottles
If you're looking for a 'skinny' option fugeddaboudit. The hipsters don't play that. But if you want atmosphere, you're in luck!
The Chipotle Vegetable Chili is AMAZING! even in the summer months.
When single origin espresso is available don't miss it. Order it without milk for full flavour
Lattes aside (and they are really good), the chicken mozzarella pesto sandwich is the cafe's secret piece of delicious.

Great counter culture espresso. And try the chicken pesto pressed sandwich.
The peach blossom tea is delish. The perfect combination of floral and fruity.
My life is incomplete without a coffeeshop near home. Big Bear is that and also happens to be amazing. Great coffee, atmosphere, people.
