Beertracker1月 24, 2020The beef brisket was very tender. The ribs were seasoned well but not very meaty. Excellent cowboy-style brown beans. Back County's house sauce is quite sweet & spicy. Nice friendly service!

Chris Pollone10月 11, 2014Stick with pork ribs. Good smoke and pull. Don't put sauce. It's not great. Potato salad and hot beans not great either.
Patrick Doll5月 11, 2013Possibly the worst BBQ in Dallas. Brisket is dry, pepper-less, and smoke-less. Beans are watery. The macaroni salad and potato salad are literally gray. And there's no sweet tea.
