Do not miss the huge mural covering the entire side of a nearby building; the figure with a hat standing at the base of the 'street' is Champlain.
Recommend that you take the Funicular up from Vieux-Quebec. There are stairs next to it that are easy to go down from, but are more difficult to walk up.

Chicken buns surprisingly better than the pork. Ramen is great but could be 5 degrees hotter. Steam is good! Skip the wings. Skip the kimchi stew. Ginger scallion noodles are good.
