Chef/owner Bruce Naftaly's prix fixe menu still trumpets names of farmers, foragers, and friends, thanking them for “wind-dried” salmon and for Cabernet pressings that flavor his boeuf à la ficelle.
Eat at the bar. The chicken is amazing (pancetta wrapped! with green beans). The lasagna is the best comfort food in town. They have good champagne by the class.
Arrive a few minutes early and preorder a glass of bubbly for first intermission at the bar line beforehand!
