Our 2%jazz espresso blend is made to cover your palette. Certainly not one dimensional, our espresso is very complex. It has just the right balance of sweet & bitter on its own & gets light caramel notes when mixed w/ milk. The components of the blend are variable due to the ever changing favors of the coffee. The blend sticks within 10% of a flavor profile while using the freshest available beans. 2%jazz espresso is very forgiving & is wonderful in traditional espresso preparation & any other brewing technique.
