Jimmy's Cycling class at 9am on Saturdays is the best spin class in the city. Super motivating instructor, great music, awesome workout. Only reason I get up early on a Saturday.
If you get a smoothie at this location, try the Strawberry Slam protein smoothie. One of the best strawberry protein smoothies I've had from someone else who made it besides me. :)- This gym has the most yoga classes than any other XSport in the Chicagoland area. The yoga instructors are professional, friendly and full of energy.
If you stay in the pool area for 10 minutes, the chlorine and chemicals will dull your sense of smell enough where you won't be plagued by that shit/ass/foot/BO odor of the men's steam room.
If you can't afford a personal trainer, the group training classes are a steal. Works out to $20 per class when you buy a package. If not the gym offers great free classes- Great cycling class with Melissa! Don't forget to sign up at the front desk on Tuesdays evenings.

During the week the showers always run out of soap! Evenings
Overall, a good gym, especially for the price. Lots of quality cardio and weight machines. Could use more free weights--they're often in use when you need them.
Do not buy the hummus and pretzels. Three times out of four it has been spoiled. All times was before their expiration date and were very sour. I don't think they are storing it at the right temp.- Great eye candy especially during rush hour! Its actually inspiring.. Makes you workout harder!
Tiffany is not a pushy salesperson and ask for Amy for a fantastic massage!
Back pain? Get a massage from Gary. He totally worked out the back pain. He hits spots no other masseuse has. Didn't think i'd get that from a gym spa.

I like the gym, but it is starting to show it's age. Treadmills consistently have technical issues
Do not go between 5 & 6 Pm to avoid the Rush hour of after workers other then that Great Gym
Love the classes, but super overcrowded. Don't bother to bring a guest. Mine was treated terribly by 2 overly pushy, incredibly rude male staff.
Getting Versa Spa soon. It's about time. I'd never use the current mystic gas chamber
Too darn crowded on weekdays after 5. Too many personal trainers/clients working out. You can't even find a set of twenty pound dumbbells.
It's okay for the price...sales is def pushy and their personal trainers are a joke
Watch out for the steroid guys, & rock cologne 2 become the MILF hunter!
