Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prices for parts are a bit skewed compared to other places but they're always willing to price-match/ negotiate if it's reasonable. Decent selection.

Do yourself a favor: seriously, have the house-made fig newton if they have it. illy's is some of the best coffee tasting you can have- drink it straight or with milk and fruit = amazing breakfast!
