The Flying WV stained glass windows in the bell tower are made from West Virginia’s world-renowned Blenko Glass.
This residence hall is named for Charles F.T. Brooke, who became WVU’s first Rhodes Scholar in 1904.
Lyon Tower is named for Harriet Lyon, the first woman to receive a degree from WVU. She graduated at the head of her class in 1891.

The plaza is a memorial for those lost on the Battleship USS West Virginia at Pearl Harbor and WVU students who died in service of the USA in wartime, and also hosts student memorial services.
Great spot to enjoy good weather and meet up with friends. Also the spot for WVU Fall Fest.
Light up night happens here in early December. It's pretty fantastic (when not under construction).
