Janice Quist4月 27, 2013As of April 2013, the free shuttle will take you to the grocery store at 10am daily, to the outlet mall and Monte Carlo and the last pick up is at 130am leaving Monte Carlo to go back to the resort
A great family resort, lots of amenities, clean rooms w/ W&D, pool and lazy river very nice but the 'jetted hot pool' was not even bath tub hot☹️️.

Be weary of the 'Owner Update' meeting they'll invite you to upon checkout. Their intent is to upsell you on credits and services.

They have wifi. 15.95 for 10 days is good deal. And for two devices too.

Needs bigger workout room, water dries out your hair, and needs wireless Internet- Check our specials at serenity spa. 702-650-7117
- Ask front desk for your coupon for the spa
- Bring Wen hair care with you to combat the water that isn't treated
- M Takahashi6月 15, 2013Overall pretty shitty. Staff gives you long winded sales pitch when all you want to do after a day of travel is go to your room. rooms are mediocre at best. Avoid.
They finally got wi-fi, but it is REALLY slow. We clocked only a 0.8mb download speed.
Lol about Tim's tip, you can always say no, and youstill learn a hell of a lot.

What a bummer u have to pay for internet and its not even wifi!!!!! Can even use my iPad . Makes me rethink my timeshare!!!
