Esen Andiç3月 20, 2015Clean rooms, smooth stay overall. The automatic minibar though, it charges every time you pick an item up, they write about it in very small print, so if you get there too tired to read, be careful :)

Hotel location is great and the history is charming. No, the rooms are not huge but the upper levels are larger. Great room service and valet!

Localisation rocks but that’s all, super old rooms and bathroom small and from another century in the past

Regardless, we will mention your commen- Great Shopping/Sightseeing near by (Zara/Top Shop/H &M/15-20 minutes walk tithe Navy Pier)! Will stay here again!

Great location but that's where the good stuff ends. Small rooms, slow lifts, no bath tub, shockingly slow and buggy wifi and a very basic/pricey room service and the list goes on...
