Vy Nguyen: Yes the wait is long, get some snacks and cocktails at Whey Bar next door, the smoked lamb heart starter and clam chowder are decadent, I enjoyed the artichoke and short ribs with a glass of Malbec.

Vy Nguyen: Enchiladas of all kinds are amazing. Chipachole soup is HUGE and delicious.

Vy Nguyen: The paella is amazing, can't get enough of the orange salsa that comes out with the chips.

Vy Nguyen: Gluten free menu with lots of options, chicken tacos are good; watch out for the tortilla chips fried in the same oil as gluten foods. Chips and salsa are not free.

Vy Nguyen: Not on the gluten free menu but has no gluten - light burrito (chicken, squash, peppers, lettuce and feta sauce) with no tortilla in a bowl.

Vy Nguyen: In addition to hummus, shakshuka and rice bowl are good, cheap and filling. Gluten free veggie basket to dip in hummus available on request.

Vy Nguyen: Gluten free buns and sweet treats available, but kitchen handles glutens too.

Vy Nguyen: They have gluten free bread and can make modifications for allergies.

Vy Nguyen: The herring platter is a good sampling from their extensive list. Søren's eel smørrebrød was my favorite warm dish. They offer gluten free bread.

Vy Nguyen: The espresso machine is a special prototype based on the Spirit.

Vy Nguyen: The special room downstairs is really special, when it's open.

Vy Nguyen: There was a stall serving Kontra Coffee if Coffee Collective is not your thing.

Vy Nguyen: The best tequila and mezcal bar in Copenhagen.

Vy Nguyen: Almost all the cured meats and the mozzarella and burrata are made here in the space upstairs.

Vy Nguyen: Eat the lasagne, lasagne, lasagne!
