For Mille Crepes lovers, they have various taste of crepes. But most of the crepes contains alcohol. So i tried their original and Choc Banana (non-alcohol). I think i love the original more :)
At 5pm all 1kg cake sold out and I bought 1.5kg Mille crepe for RM105, ice bag for RM9.50. Large ice bag come with 300g ice pack which can last for 3 hours. U can purchase extra for RM2.
The original flavor mille crepe is good, creamy yet not sweet. Had a double choc as well, not outstanding but still good. Lady boss says mille crepe here is way better than Food Foundry ones.
Tried the Xmas special (Choc & Mint) and Rum N'Raisin. Both are nice, taste quite strong. Crowd level is very low though even on public holiday. Perhaps seeing better crowds during weekdays
Expect to wait for a table. The cakes ate as good as the ones in malacca. It's a good environment. People say that the staff is rude... Just smile and talk to them... They respond with a smile.
Went to redeem my Groupon but left disappointed as most cakes contain alcohol when in Groupon it's stated some cakes. Why can't you make more non-alcohol ones so everyone can enjoy them? Just 2 cents.
I still prefer the texture and taste of the mille crepes at Food Foundry. Everything is too creamy and sweet. Too much gula melaka in the Malacca cafe latte.
The good point is not needed go to Malacca to buy Nadeje Cake. The problems in here are lack of seats & tables, long queues and slow responsive from the staff. Take away is the best choice…
Not my kind of crepe. What's bad about the crepe is; every slice the crepe shapes badly and disgusting. I would suggest that Food Foundry is twice better. This place is too overrated. Rate: 1.0/5.0
The mille crepe cake at food foundry in sek 17 is sooooo much better. I dun understand whats the hype abt dis place all about. Def wont come back here.
I dont like it. Having eaten food foundry's millecrepe for so many years, i find the ones at nadeje to be not as soft/light. And they somehow dont taste or 'feel' homemade.
