All balconies are bolted shut, so u can't open them. You miss a wonderful summer breeze at sunset. And Sucks for smokers how have to go to street level
Valet manager Mr. O'Donoghue is extremely helpfull and friendly. Excellent service both at reception, lobby and by valet parking. Nice clean room and facinating city view from level rooms.

Checked in and an hour or so later I checked out. They need serious upgrades if they are going to be competitive in Atlanta. I hope they make the investment...
Good location for Pride. The shower is great. Everything else kind of meh. Luckily We don't care about the room we're here to have fun at other places.
Melia recently (within a month) got bought out by Crowne Plaza... Not impressed at all by rooms, etc. front desk is nice, helpful. "high speed" wireless is horrible, my old 3G is faster on iPhone
Dilapidated rooms, balcony door does not close properly, uncomfortable beds, ill-designed bathroom. One elevator didn't even take me to my floor, I had to let that one go and take another one.
Dissapointed.. For a "boutique" hotel, there was nothing "boutique" about the rooms. Unless you count thrifts stores and second hand stores as boutique..
Really an ugly and dirty Hotel. While the reception area is really nice, the rooms are old, worn-off and the carpets are plainly dirty. I'd not recommend to stay in this Hotel at all.
The beds are AWFUL. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but between the bed, the gross stain on the carpet, and the disgusting bathroom, I have to stay somewhere else.
