Totally modernized! So reasonable ($$) too! Oh and Emily from Urban Yoga (who is Da Bomb btw) also teaches on the ASU side of facility (free to Y members)! Oh yeah. That's what I'm tawwkin' about.

Great group fitness classes, and ASU students get a free membership to this location! Classes are mostly in the afternoons and evenings. I highly recommend the Zumba classes! The classes are Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm, Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm, and Saturdays 10-11am. Gwynne (teaches Wed. and Sat.) is especially awesome!プラス投票マイナス投票
