    基本的には800RMBの1コースのみ。カウンターで大将がお好みを確認しながら握ってくれる。

    This is perhaps the best Omakase .Speak with Chef Oyama-san and ask to try various preparations of sushi rice (Tokyo-style/Aoyama/Kyoto)

    Omakase is shocking from the beginning. Sushi is not the main part of omakase though. Love his appetizers and dessert!

    It's basically the polar opposite of the all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant. Offers a custom-made, high class Japanese dining experience, with an emphasis on authentic ingredients, high quality food.

    Just came back from Japan, include michelin-starred sushi restaurants such as Jiro. I found this place was overpriced. The shari (sushi rice) and sauce was too weak, fish was not the best of season. 続きを見る
