Cool idea: new bar made from repurposing an old house in an worn industrial area. It spurred 3 other lounges around it. Check out the many benefit events hosted here too.
Quite simply, the coolest sports bar that you will ever visit. Check out the great food truck in the back!

For the meat eaters amongst us: this is the best bbq in the world. You will have to wait an hour for your food but don't fret, you will be satisfied. Pro tip: try the brisket
Emo's is an institution. Right on Red River & E. 6th, it is in the middle of the action & the scene there is quite laid back with some rock n roll vibes. Highly recommended.
Darn good country food! The 3 veggie plate is great & so are the fried green tomatoes & the chicken fried steak!
Mmmm...homemade icecream! Try the mexican vanilla + strawberries + graham cracker. It is delicious!
This is a great natural spring fed pool in the middle of Austin! A great place to tan, swim & hang out.

One our favorite bars in Austin. The have an insane amount of great beer on tap and good pub food.
Look for the headshot of El Vez. They have a photo booth but it's almost always broken. Put the little round sticker from your silverware on the ceiling in the back room. Also: try the sopapillas.
Lomito Beef sandwich on french bread with chimichurri sauce. You won't be hungry afterwards.
Favourite hotel. Starbucks downstairs and not as busy or noisy as the main hotels which is good when you roll in at 3am ready to drop
It occupies the ground floor of a luxe new condo building--not my preferred restaurant location, but I'll go anywhere for executive chef David Bull's distinctly American comfort food.

The Driskill bar serves up the Batini! Roll like a cattle barron at this landmark of Texas hospitality. Since 1886 the Driskill has offered luxury and great service. Just don’t longboard in the lobby.
